Our executive coaching interventions offer a transformational approach to coaching rather than a transactional approach. This means our coaches work not only at the behavior level but also at the mindset and beliefs level which is the element that makes the difference between short-term change and long-term transformation.

Who is Executive Coaching For?

Executive coaching is tailored to the needs of the individual. Some of the reasons for using executive coaching are:

Executive Coaching Process

We deliver executive coaching sessions either face to face, via telephone coaching or a mixture of both mediums. We work collaboratively with each client to ensure that their needs and objectives are understood before facilitating a match with a coach.  Each client is taken through an evaluation process to set benchmarks prior to coaching and a final evaluation session to provide details on development and return on investment. Throughout the coaching process, regular update reports on coaching progress and status are provided including trends, progress and recommendations, and respecting the confidentiality of the coaching.  We offer the following coaching services in either short term or long term engagements:

  • Executive and Leadership Coaching– the focus is on individual leadership awareness, strengths, areas for development, leadership transition, enhancing leadership presence,  communication, skills, effectiveness and/or credibility. Typically a 4-6 month process.
  • Middle Management Coaching – the focus is on individual leadership development, communication skills, management development, and/or job/position transition. Typically a 4-6 month process.
  • Talent Development Coaching – the focus is on your effectiveness as a Talent Development Leader.  We begin with defining your strengths, areas for further development and your desired contributions to the business.  Our work together may include enhancing your talent development strategy, leadership presence, business acumen, effectiveness and credibility. Typically a 4-6 month process.
  • Career Transition Coaching – the focus is for those individuals who are uncertain about what career direction they want to take and want to get an overall vision for their life and work.  We also provide effective job search tools such as creating your “brand image”, resume, cover letter, LinkedIn profile, developing a job search/networking strategy, interviewing skills, Salary/benefit negotiation, and more.  Typically 3 sessions to 6 month process.
  • Spot Coaching – immediate, just in time coaching as needed for our clients.  This can be useful when preparing for meetings, presentations or having those difficult one-on-one conversations. Typically one hour or as much time as needed.
